Therapeutic Guided Meditation

Meditation has far-reaching benefits, from improved work performance to healing deeply rooted trauma. My approach to guiding meditation integrates traditional Eastern meditation practices with awareness of specific mental/emotional health needs. Unlike clicking "play" on a meditation app recording (don't get me wrong, I love a good meditation app!) meditation sessions with me are specifically tailored to your unique needs and goals. 

My guided meditations pull from the yoga tradition, yoga nidra relaxation, ayurveda, chakra meditation, metta meditation, connection to healing elements, guided visualization, mindfulness based psychotherapy.

Guided meditations are available in 25- or 50- minute sessions.
