About me
Hi, I’m Stefanie (she/her)! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people find healing and harmony in their lives. I’ve been providing psychotherapy to adults and adolescents since 2015 and see myself as a lifelong learner in my field. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside and train with many incredibly gifted clinicians, healers, and researchers.
Since the start of my career, I’ve specialized in working with clients who have a history of trauma or attachment wounding. I am continuously awed by the capacity of the nervous system to heal, to even rewire patterns that were deeply embedded in early childhood. I love being a therapist and am endlessly grateful for the work I get to do. It comes naturally to me to be radically nonjudgmental towards my clients and to approach therapy as an authentic and collaborative relationship.

Being a therapist is an integral part of my identity, but I do have a life outside of my clinical work! I love traveling and adventuring in nature and am always dreaming about my next hiking trip. I also live with a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life—like listening to audiobooks, accumulating way too many houseplants, and snuggling with my pets.
